Annual Society Meeting – New Church of Phoenix

Sunday October 28th will be our annual meeting.  I  am attaching a copy of the agenda for the meeting and also the bylaw revisions that are needed. Please review these prior to the meeting if possible. This is an important meeting as it will be the first with our new pastor and we have elections and the bylaw revisions. You will also receive an updated copy of our address list at this meeting. Please let me know right away if your address was incorrect on the last sheet I sent out. Hope to see you there and we will have pizza for you as well.
